TERMS & CONDITIONS

Opting for Electronic Documents only

When electing to register for access to the Bridgehouse Client Portal, you authorize Brandes Investment Partners & Co., operating as Bridgehouse Asset Managers (“Bridgehouse”), to turn off documents delivered by electronic mail (“email”) or paper statements and agree to receive documents related to your Client Account, including but not limited to, account statements, management fee invoices, and any other documents or notices we are required by law to provide in writing (“Account Documents”) electronically through the Bridgehouse Client Portal during the registration process unless you change the delivery method to email or paper versions after registering. You may change your selection at any time. The choice to change this selection is always available to you in your profile and preferences at any time after registering for the Bridgehouse Client Portal. Alternatively, you may request to change this selection by directly contacting the Bridgehouse Institutional Team responsible for managing your Client Account. If you are currently receiving paper statements, you can always change to access your Account Documents electronically online at any time.

By registering for access to the Bridgehouse Client Portal, you authorize Bridgehouse to post your Account Documents online to your Client Account. You agree to keep your email address up to date. You understand that failing to update your email address may result in delays notifying you when Account Documents are posted online to your Client Account. You agree to release Bridgehouse and hold it harmless from any consequences of your failure to update your email address. You also agree to receipt of the email notification in lieu of mailed or emailed notifications that may be required by law or other regulation. In addition, your consent to receive Account Documents online through the Bridgehouse Client Portal also applies to any document that you ask Bridgehouse to send you electronically in specific situations.

Having agreed to receive the documents electronically online, you acknowledge that you are able to access the Bridgehouse Client Portal. You agree to notify Bridgehouse promptly if you are unable to access your Client Account or Account Documents posted online to your Client Account, on the Bridgehouse Client Portal.

You may download and/or print any Account Document at any time by logging into your Client Account on the Bridgehouse Client Portal. At any time, you may request to receive any Account Document by email or in paper form at no cost to you by notifying your Bridgehouse Institutional Team. Such request will not constitute a revocation of your election to receive Account Documents electronically on the Bridgehouse Client Portal. Your election to receive electronic Account Documents on the Bridgehouse Client Portal will continue until you change your preferences on the Bridgehouse Client Portal or notify your Bridgehouse Institutional Team of your change in delivery preferences.

In addition, Bridgehouse may terminate your access to Account Documents on the Bridgehouse Client Portal, without notifying, upon notification or instruction by the authorized agent or representative of the Client Account that you are no longer an authorized party to the Client Account permitted to access Account Documents.
