Carol Lynde

President & Chief Executive Officer

Carol is responsible for the oversight and building of the asset management business and has direct responsibility for all functions within the Bridgehouse operation. Carol joined the firm in 2002 and has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. A Chartered Professional Accountant, Carol also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. Though her “day job” is running a firm that sells investment funds, Carol has also spent considerable time over the past years presenting across Canada and internationally in an effort to spread awareness of the impact of Mental Health & The Financial Advice Relationship – sharing research findings and tools passionately developed from Bridgehouse’s desire to galvanize the industry to do more to protect vulnerable investors. Carol has served on the boards of a number of organizations (industry and charitable). As past Chair, Carol continues to sit on the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Governance Committee of The Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC). She also serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee for the Lakeridge Health Foundation in Durham Region. Carol is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.


Oliver Murray

Oliver serves as Chair of the Board for Bridgehouse and as Managing Director, Portfolio Management and Client Services for Brandes Investment Partners, L.P. in San Diego.


Leah Brock

Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Leah is responsible for finance, operations, human resources and strategic initiatives for Bridgehouse, oversees client servicing and is responsible for the operational activities of the Bridgehouse Funds. Before moving to the operational side, Leah was Director, Global Marketing Communications for Brandes across North America. She earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree with honours from Wilfrid Laurier University.


Scott Fraser

Vice President Sales

Scott is responsible for managing the Bridgehouse national sales team, including establishing and implementing sales objectives and strategies. Scott works closely with all key internal departments, including National Accounts, and remains actively involved in all new product development projects. Prior to joining the firm, Scott was a Regional Sales Manager for a large, global mutual fund organization. Previously, he was a Regional Director for a U.S. based asset manager and a Regional Vice President for a Canadian bank-owned mutual fund organization. Scott earned his B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Business Administration from Alfred University in the state of New York.


Greg La Rosa

Greg is responsible for managing client experience, service and operations, including establishing and maintaining relationships with key broker/dealer head-office personnel. In addition, Greg is responsible for sales support, BI/analytics reporting and IT. Prior to joining the firm, Greg was Director of Dealer Relations and Client Services with a leading global provider of investor and policyholder servicing solutions. Previously, he headed up operations for one of Canada’s largest Discount Brokerage firms.


Matt Brundage

Senior Vice President, Product Management & Strategic Development

Matt employs analytically driven insight to lead strategic planning for the Bridgehouse product portfolio, including optimizing the existing product lineup and developing new relationships with market leaders to offer best-in-class investment solutions on the Bridgehouse Independent Platform. With 20 years of industry experience and his comprehensive market and product knowledge, Matt works to identify product gaps and solve for them based on client needs and business goals. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in sales and strategic initiatives at one of Canada’s largest investment managers. Matt earned his BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is a member of the Toronto CFA Society.
